Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore was an Hollywood actor and author for a long time. She is also acclaimed by the critics. Sagittarius. She was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is the oldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper as well as Anne an undergraduate student in psychology. She's English and Scottish. Moore's father moved around frequently due to his work. It was hard for her to find or keep friends. Moore's family moved into Germany and she went to Frankfurt American High School, in which her first roles were on stage in plays. The school she attended was Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with B.F.A. in Theater. Moore moved in New York after graduating and began her career in off-Broadway theatre. Her screen debut came in 1985 when she appeared on an episode of The Edge of Night. The break came in 1986 in which she was cast as the character of Sabrina Hughes as well as Frannie Hughes in the show The World Changes. She was on As the World Turns until 1988. In recognition of her performance, she received the Daytime Emmy Award. She made her film debut in 1990 with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie the film she described later as a shambles low-budget production. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The latter was critically acclaimed and she earned several nominations for the film. Moore was the first actress to get a major part in Safe which was a film from 1995. Steven Spielberg chose Moore to play the lead for Jurassic Park: The Lost World. The movie was among the most popular movies released in the year. The film she starred in was Magnolia (1999) and received a favourable review which earned her an SAG nomination for her part. The Hours starred Moore in 2002 and was nominated by the nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Moore was also featured in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. She appeared in Non-Stop (2014). Moore has been featured in many television and film productions. Moore has appeared in a number of movies and TV programs. The most recent role she played was When You Finish Save the World 2022. In Hollywood She has also become a published author for kids. The first book she published was Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and became a N.Y.T. Bestseller. The book was made into a series as well as a music. In 2013, she published the book, My Mom is A Foreigner. Moore is known as an accomplished actress and novelist. Moore got married John Robin back in 1984 after which they divorced in 1996. Bart Freundlich has given her two kids. He later became her husband in 2003. Moore's world revolves around her friends, career and family.
